Terms of Service
Welcome to YardaBella LLC Home Services (“YardaBella,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing our website or contracting our tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, or residential yard care services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Estimates & Work Orders
All formal project estimates provided by YardaBella LLC Home Services are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. Work begins only after an authorized property owner or agent approves the written scope of work. Additional tree hazards or root rot discovered during tree dismantling will be communicated to the client prior to incurring additional fees.
2. Property Access & Underground Utilities
The client is responsible for providing clear and uninhibited access to the work zone. For stump grinding operations, Texas811 must mark all public underground utility easements. While our operators take extreme care, the property owner must inform our crew of privately installed shallow irrigation lines, dog fence wiring, or landscape lighting cables before grinding commences.
3. Insurance & ANSI A300 Standards
YardaBella LLC Home Services maintains $2,000,000 in comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and adheres to ANSI A300 pruning and tree care standards. Certificates of Insurance (COI) listing the property owner or HOA as additional insured are available upon request prior to the job commencement date.
4. Emergency Service & Storm Recovery
During widespread North Texas severe weather events (tornadoes, hail, ice storms), emergency jobs involving trees on occupied structures receive immediate triage priority. Mobilization and hazard mitigation fees apply as stated on emergency dispatch authorizations.
